Wellness Check - Virtual

Service Description

This is a weekly or biweekly Wellness Check, we will discuss your being on the 4 major levels: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually, and Emotionally. These will occur on a more frequent basis than any scheduled Prenatal appointments. This is an opportunity for you to use me as a resource for consultations based on how your body is challenging you, any symptoms your body is currently expressing or for new ideas to incorporate healthy activity. This is also a time dedicated to affirming reassurance, prayer or guided meditation. Based on our exchange, a whole body prescription will be administered for the coming week. Check in frequency will increase, as will regularly scheduled prenatals with your practitioner, as you move further into your pregnancy or conception.
